Video Game Design Instructor

-Taught kids basic video game design via MultiMedia Fusion 2, including ideation, asset creation, basic if/then statement programming and bug testing. Also taught camps for keyframe animation. -Encouraged shy children to share ideas and work things out with their teammates, allowing each individual child to feel included and passionate about their creations. -Went above and beyond my responsibilities by taking extra time on my own to export and send children’s families their work via Google Drive, whenever normal class time was insufficient for exporting and storing content. This made the kids very happy. -Was responsible for communicating with the customers (children's parents), answering their questions and explaining how the program worked. Always approached each conversation with a smile and professional attitude.

-Taught filmmaking (live action/stop-motion) skills to kids, from brainstorming to scripting to shooting. -Facilitated compromise and communication between kids with lots of different ideas, and allowed all of them to try different jobs on set to make learning fun and create a cohesive product they all loved. -Assisted in editing footage for faster completion. -Answered questions asked by students and their parents, made sure they all had a good time.
