At the moment of starting to work at Herbalife, the Refunds department was only handling US cases. My part of the project was to start the
Canadian operations in our shared service center, which represented several activities such as:
translating all documents to French, assuring training for me and the team in the appropriate systems,
researching and meeting our peers in Canada establishing the formal proceses for Canada according to their regulations, documenting all
processes for audit purposes, assuring the service levels and case files are being properly followed up on.
