I conduct sourcing campaigns to identify qualified candidates. Utilization of Boolean internet strings, various job boards, social media outlets, and active networking within talent communities Screening: Screen incoming resumes/applications to determine which candidates are viable for placement. Interviewing potential candidates to learn about their background, qualifications, and desired employment. May also provide guidance around job search and career goals. I Schedule in-office registrations for completion of new hire paperwork. Initiate background checks, drug screening, and reference checks. Determine best client placement by discussing available job opportunities, determining qualifying characteristics, reviewing assignment expectations, and communicating start details. Build working relationships with candidates to ensure success on assignment. Provide ongoing support and assistance as needed throughout their time on assignment. Input and update candidate profile and contact information in Bullhorn ATS Format resumes to meet internal brand standards and store all candidate files in Bullhorn applicant tracking system. Format active job descriptions to meet internal brand standards and post to website Submit candidate resumes and professional bios to Manager/Director for client consideration Shadow Manager/Director on client meetings to generate new business and to ensure client contentment. Aside from that I am also an Operations Manager in Call center industry handling telco (Tmobile) and finance which is Capital One Bank. I have great experience when it comes to Customer Service and Customer support doing inbound and outbound calls and full equipped a sales representative. I also have great skills when it comes to Virtual Assistant handling a different types of account but more on Canva Designing and doing Administrative task.
