I i’m currently on a campaign where I do kids for IHG hotels. I schedule arrival and departure dates, contact front desk to ensure that guests are settled and that their requirements are made with room types and preferences. I dealt with customers on a T today this is delaying all the issues queries questions about the hotels and amenities and location and activities of where they need to be to be able to their stay.
