My background is primarily financial as a Head of Finance, which has given me proficiency in concepts such as IFRS, US GAAP, local GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley across a broad spectrum of industries. I also have several years of Cost and Management Accounting, Operations, Human Resources and IT management experience. My varied Commercial experience is supplemented by an MBA degree obtained from Milpark Business School, as well as a BCom degree from UNISA. My experience and qualifications provide me with the ideal platform to excel in any senior Commercial position. I am accredited by the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and the Institute of Business Advisors of South Africa (IBASA). These Professional Affiliations will further enhance my abilities in any suitable position.
I am fully computer literate on many Accounting packages and ERP systems. My MBA Dissertation was entitled “The threat of Electronic Media to Print Media”, so I am also fully acquainted with all Electronic Media platforms. I will be an asset to any Company with these Qualifications and experience.
