About
My name is Marne Janse van Rensburg.I am blessed to have lived close to the beach and grew up on a farm as a young girl. I love spending time in nature and next to the ocean, exploring new hiking trails and sunbathing with friends. Exercising and trying out new healthy recipies in the kitchen is my “go to” for a relaxed day to get my mind clear. Since I am a people’s person I enjoy being around good company and love spending time with loved ones and family. My ultimate job will be working remotely so that I still have time for all the things in my life that I love. I studied BPharm and got my Pharmacy degree in 2021. I am always searching for new opportunities and would love to become part of the writing and editing industry. I am a very driven and hardworking woman. I would say my skills include being soft, a good leader, good communicator, good listener, I am precise & neat, optimistic & enthusiastic.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 2017-2018 : Shadowing at Dischem, Mosselbay, during the June and December holiday. The purpose of this experience was to observe the functioning of a retail pharmacy while completing Workplace Learning (WPL) activities. 2019: Fulfilment of basic pharmacist assistant duties during the December holiday in Fynbos Pharmacy, Stilbaai. 2020: Completion of practical hours at Fynbos Pharmacy in Stilbaai. The purpose of this working experience was to serve the public healthcare sector while completing various Learning in the Workplace (LIWC) activities and assignments which tested our clinical skills as well as pharmacy practice skills. Because of COVID-19 we couldn’t finish our practical hours in the specific clinics we were placed around Potchefstroom. 2020: Fulfilment of basic pharmacist assistant duties during the June and December holiday in Fynbos Pharmacy, Stilbaai. 2021: Fulfilment of post-basic pharmacist assistant duties at Fynbos Pharmacy, Stilbaai, as 4th year BPharm student. Fulfilment of post-basic pharmacist assistant duties at Mediclinic, Nelspruit, as 4th year BPharm student. Fulfilment of post-basic pharmacist assistant duties at Mediclinic, Potchefstroom, as 4th year BPharm student. 2022: Fulfilment of pharmacist Intern duties for 8 months at Pretoria Eye Institute Pharmacy, Pretoria
