Ever since I was a child, I've always been eager to help others, hence my choice to pursue a career that has something to do with hospitality, customer care, and also sales.
I kick-started my career as a telemarketer with MEZZO in Tunis and that experience helped develop my sales, communication, and customer service skills.
After almost 4 years of online customer care, it was time for me to take the next challenge and that's how I joined Etihad Airways as a Cabin Crew in June 2015 and that was the best decision I've ever made. During my 5 years with EAG I met people from all over the world, learned how to approach people from different backgrounds in different ways, how a simple genuine kind word can make a customer loyal to the company and how making somebody's day better can make my day better in return. Thanks to the great management of the company, I've grown into a committed professional who would make things happen and get things done without excuses.
This Pandemic impacted everyone's life, both professionally and personally, however I believe that we owe it to ourselves and this beautiful world we're living in to always look at the bright side, and believe that we can and we will eventually get out of the woods and watch the sun rise again.
