I am very customer oriented, but also really enjoy leading a team. I have managed $2-3m bars where hour by hour the responsibilities changed and have also hosted and bussed tables for a living, too. I prefer the chaos of customer service, if that's how one might describe it. I enjoy communicating and assisting others solve their problems.
