I am a Communication Strategist & Qualitative Researcher with over 8 years of experience. I broach about my enriched exposure as a Qualitative Researcher and Communication Strategist offering strategic planned content and communication to organizations after in-depth research of the project and program and impactful content creation. Throughout my career, I have attained experience in communications, qualitative research and program management, including planning and execution of multiple strategies to reach the goals of organization. Previously, I was employed at AM Television Pvt. Ltd. as the Research & Strategic Communication Manager along with being the Head of Operations (Digital) and the Grievance Officer for Prag News (satellite channel), Prag News (Digital) and Rengoni TV (GEC) under AM Television Pvt. Ltd. Prior to my former posting, I had acquired expertise as a Qualitative Researcher & Communication Strategist for some high repute organizations including Ministry of Culture (India), Interactive 12, Actions for Children’s Environment, Sama Resource Group For Women and Health. I was also the only Qualitative Research Consultant for Prime Minister of India's prime project-Gandhi 150, a Pan-India project, and was responsible for curating digital content for 17 Indian Museums across India. My work is currently displayed in all the 17 Museums, including Gandhi Smriti in Delhi. Currently working at AM Television Private Limited (Guwahati) as: 1) Research & Strategic Communication Manager 2) Head of Operations (Digital) 3) Grievance Officer (Prag News, Prag News Digital, Rengoni TV) I. In charge of qualitative research; conducted an All-Assam Research on TV consumer’s choices conducted with 4000 samples across 33 districts of Assam. Formulating strategy and action plan for Prag News and Rengoni TV program content based on people’s choices and preferences. II. Analysis of BARC TRP III. Analysis of insights for Prag News and Rengoni TV social media handles (FB, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, website) and strategizing action plans for growth. IV. Strategising all communication & brand building via prints, invitations, press releases, speeches, notes for events and meetings, posts, hoardings, posters, flyers, mails etc. V. PRAG NEWS (Digital)-Ensuring technical support met on every day basis and SEOs for enabling visibility and digital presence of Prag News. Guiding the teams in strategizing solutions. VI. UPSTEAM (Digital Marketing Company; sister concern of Prag News)- In charge of all creatives and content for client’s digital spaces (FB, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Website), promotion, reach, engagement; communications with clients and strategizing plans for maximum growth on digital spaces as well as leading in-house teams (graphic designers, copywriters, web developers, SEOs, camerapersons, video editors, app developers, brand associates) for execution of the same. VIII. Constant coordination with National Broadcasting Federation about all grievance issues; and ensuring execution of all regulatory directives from Ministry of Information & Broadcasting.
