I am Melikşah AĞCA who is a civil engineering student in Boğaziçi University. I am a solution-oriented and open-minded engineer who adapts quickly to the working environment. I always aim to take myself one step further by learning new and different experiences. I am experienced at cold calling, in B2B sales. I have been an international sales specialist in which I was responsible for following up old clients and calling new clients to close a deal and inform them of our services. Afterwards, I have worked as an patient experience agent in which I was responsible for our client's problems. Translation with our dentists, their appoinments, their accomodation, their questions about the treatment were done by me. Also, I have done my both internship in civil engineering where I improved my AutoCAD and excel skills. I was resposible with arranging the products required for the project by calling salespoints. I was resposible for taking quantities and reading the project which I mastered by doing the site and office internships.
