I enjoy working within the customer support positions as I have the skill and empathy to do
so. I also believe that customer service and support play an especially important role for

Before this I worked as Snr. Debtors Clerk for a Route Operator in the Gambling Industry.
I also worked as a First-Class Cabin Crew member in Dubai, UAE for Emirates Airline for
approx. 8years and worked for 3yrs as Airport Passenger Service Agent in the South African
Air Force, Waterkloof, Pretoria, South Africa. I have excellent communication skills and enjoy
working in an interactive environment.
I am patient but firm with difficult customers and have great experience resolving customer
disputes. In this role I have gained extensive experience liaising with clients and responding
efficiently and effectively to any customer enquiries. I have a warm, approachable, and
professional manner.
I also have experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel and MS Word, MS Outlook and
