• Provide comprehensive Escort services to all Al Maha service customers such as VIP, CIP, Al
Maha booked customers and special handling (unaccompanied minors, handicapped, deaf,
blind etc.) and IOMs (International organization for migration passengers) which includes
assistance at check-in, immigration, baggage, onward connection, reservations and assistance
with cancelled bookings and improper documentation.
• Work in all area of Hamad International airport that is transit, arrivals, departure VIP lounge
and airside to meet and assist passengers.
• Liaising with MOI, customs, screening and security to ensure seamless, fast and secured
assistance to VIP customers.
• Monitoring flight and airport parking bays with the company's departures/arrivals control
system in order to ensure customers are promptly received and escorted.
