Key Contributions & Results: Serving as a Lead Trainer for the Women in Digital Business (WIDB) initiative. Training and certifying over 50 women with skills and expertise in digital business to thrive in the digital economy. Working closely with women entrepreneurs to help them understand the importance of digitizing their businesses. This project is supported by ITCILO, ILO, and Microsoft Philanthropies. Empowering women through digital skills training that enhances their business operations, expands market reach, and improves overall productivity. Delivering comprehensive training sessions on topics such as - digital marketing, building an online presence, and utilizing e-commerce platforms. Facilitating learning but also guiding participants on practical ways to apply these tools for business growth. At the end of the program, I certified over 50 women entrepreneurs who completed the training, equipping them with the skills and confidence to thrive in the digital economy. Creating job linkages between the trained women and connecting them with opportunities such as freelancing gigs on Fiverr, Upwork, and Linked In and also collaborating with placement initiatives for empowerment such as Nomads Africa and Ajiira among others
