My name is Micaela, I was born in Uruguay, what means that I am a Spanish native speaker, and also fluent in English.
I have been working in the customer service field for seven years now and in doing so, I have learned a wide range of expertise, such as, people and communication skills, client interaction, multitasking and more importantly working as a team.
I started working at the age of 19 as a cashier, and have not stopped working since then. Furthermore, I have obtained a very good work ethics and gained much experience.
I would describe myself as a fast learner, capable to empathize with other people, responsible and quick to solve problems.
To conclude, I would like to stress the fact that I am the kind of person who cannot be without a job, because I would not know what to with that much free time.
