Marketing and communications are subjects that fascinate me every day. To see how people's behaviour can be affected by a simple message or something else such as a change of tone, sound, color or scent, are some of the amazing aspects of marketing that I love. I've spent many years at marketing departments in different organizations of different sizes, gaining experience in the field of B2B and B2C marketing and it never gets dull.
One of the other things in our field that I love doing is experimenting and working with people and teams that are keen and not afraid to try new things. My teams need to be agile, quick on their feet and should be open to speak their minds. I've been a proud member of several of these teams and have always loved the progress and impact we were able to make together.
