I am a Senior Software Engineer with experience in firmware, low-level and high-level embedded software, and non-embedded software development, and an Electrical Engineer with a focus on electronic circuit design, microcontrollers, digital signal processing, sensors, actuators, control systems, and digital communications.
I develop embedded software for hardware-software integration and perform embedded systems engineering and systems integration. I am interested in designing hardware and software for consumer electronics, industrial and scientific instruments, tеst equipment, real-time systems, control systems, electromechanical systems, motion controls, robotics, audio, wired and wireless data communications, and data acquisition.
I have many years of experience working remotely while collaborating closely with colleagues, customers, and clients in various distant locations. I have a well-equipped home office, electronics lab, and machine shop, which I utilize for remote work and personal engineering projects.
** I WILL NOT RELOCATΕ away from the KANSAS CITY metro area.
** I will gladly WORK REMOTELY from my well-equipped home office & electronics lab for an entity that is not located in the Kansas City area.
** I will work on-sіte at a facility in the Kansas City area.
** I will TRAVEL no more than 4% (about 15 days per year).
I prefer a permanent, direct-hire position, but I will also consider a consulting/contracting position. I can be a W-2 employee or a 1099 contractor.
