Hi, I'm Michelle Dy, a 32-year-old resident of Tacloban City, and I'm excited to share my life and career journey with you. Aside from my love for my family, I have a passion for pets, and I'm proud to be a fur mom to five adorable furry friends. Let me introduce them to you - Hachiro and Sakura are my two Maltese x Shitzu dogs, while Poochie and Obi are my two Shitzu x Poodle dogs. Mika, my lovely Husky, holds a special place in my heart. I've been working in the BPO industry for almost ten years now, and my journey started with Wipro as part of a pioneer outreach LOB. My primary responsibilities involved answering member concerns and providing first-call resolution, which helped me hone my conflict resolution, research, and phone etiquette skills over my 43 months of service. I also reviewed, researched, and documented each member's issue, which helped me develop my analytical skills. Later on, I changed employment and joined OfficePartners360 in 2019, where I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert for the first three months. In this role, I managed to further enhance my analytical skills and learned to interact with different types of personality which helped me in my next role as a Quality Analyst. Currently, I am serving as a Quality Analyst Team Leader, where I am leading 9 QAs from different accounts. I learned so much through my experience and grew my professional mindset, and I am known for being an approachable, fast learner, hardworking, open-minded, and with a sense of responsibility. I always deliver what is asked of me and maximize my efficiency and productivity to the greatest extent. Now, I am looking for a Part-time Job to contribute my skills and knowledge to the company's growth and success
