Salesforce Administrator
• Serve as Support administrator for the regional implementation for a US and Canada with 500+ users
• Work in close collaboration with local and regional commercial teams and provide administrative support
• Manage Salesforce user setup and security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, queues and groups
• Own periodic activities like territory Management and accounts, orders ownership
• Build custom reports, Dashboards as needed in alignment with regional teams.
