• Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of two 150kVA standby generators to ensure their optimal functionality and reliability during power outages. • Operating and maintaining power conversion equipment at the cable landing station maintaining a consistent supply of 15 kV DC voltage to support undersea cable operations. • Conducting regular maintenance on water pump electrical components, including starters, control panels, and sensors. This also involves checking pump alignment, impeller condition, and overall pump performance. • Conducting routine checks, tests, and repairs on access control systems, HVAC systems, and CCTV cameras in order to enhance security and controlled access to the facility including leveraging on BMS to track the performance of the power supply systems. • Ensuring the reliability of fire detection and suppression systems through proactive maintenance and immediate response to alerts
