I worked in a call center company for 6 years. My career grew from being a customer service representative to a subject matter expert until I became a supervisor. As a Subject Matter Expert and a Supervisor, I was trained to create and extract reports using Microsoft Office like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. I am also skilled in organizing and prioritizing tasks using Google applications such as Google Calendars, Keep, and Gmail to organize schedules, take note of important information, and send reports. My supervisor experience also led me to be creative in coaching my one-downs because I usually create materials to discuss topics using Canva like making presentations with audio/subtitles to make it pleasing to the audience.
I also worked as a virtual executive assistant. I handled email management and scheduling meetings for a client. I am knowledgeable in using CRM such as SmarVault and Tableau.
