My role as projects manager helped me early to discover a lot of issues inside the organization that prevent it from growing on revenue levels or at customer satisfaction levels.
Around 10 years, I started my own company as an entrepreneur as CEO with other Two co-founders from my friends this give me the chance & a clear vision about how entrepreneurs should respect & follow market & business roles by getting feasibility studies, conducting a SWOT analysis, build Business model (CANVAS) to get a clear picture about the relations between different parts of the business to minimize the risks & increase the profit.
