I am a business analyst with over 5years of work experience within the NGO space, retail industry, and IT and software development industry, with experience leading a diverse team. I have worked in both a waterfall and agile environment. I fully understand operational business process flow while using in-demand tools like visio to create Business Process Model and Notation, giving a graphical and visual representation by creating process maps for operational delivery. I have been involved in the deployment of digital transformation solutions like WebApp development, change management processes, automation of business processes, and various digital solutions across organizations. I have experience using different B.A techniques to elicit requirements like interviews, workshops, surveys, and focus group discussions on gathering business requirements or documenting business processes. I am a problem solver with my creative and analytical thinking skills to identify business and customer needs, document business cases as well as engage and manage my stakeholders' expectations effectively. I have worked as a product owner, working closely with Business owners to deliver on MVPs whilst prioritizing user stories within the product backlog. I have experience working within a scrum team either as a Business Analyst or a Product Owner to simplify user stories by creating wireframes and giving visual representation to features and user stories within the product backlog at each sprint cycle. I am also familiar with various business tools like Jira and confluence, PowerPoint, word, UML, Excel, Visio, Miro, and Mural app for the easy delivery of deliverables.
