Let’s start with my professional career. After Bachelor of Commerce from Agriculture university of Faisalabad I started job in (HCS) Habib Construction Services ltd. HCS is public limited company. I joined HCS in 2011 as assistant accountant and resigned in 2018 as Project accountant. I performed administrative and HR duties as well assigned by company directors. It was my responsibility to take care of Chinese delegations in Pakistan. With the passage of time I was promoted because of my great efforts, team leading skills and efficiency in work. I left the job because I wanted to start my own business. I started a business and grow quickly. We were engaged to manufacturing of fabric catalogues or fabric sample books. I suffered from crisis and could not survived due to political instability and Covid 19. After that I served in small companies as Project Accountant and Administrator. Currently I am doinga job in export level garments factory. Now I am seeking a good job to support my family. I am the only person who earn for family. Strength: I am interested to learn new technologies to convert my hard work in to smart work. I consider my team leading skills are one of the great strengths. I was appointed in HCS in 15 December, 2011 as assistant accountant. My learning abilities are good. I achieved many tasks and performed duties very well. Soon I got a chance to work independently on a large project. I supervise 3 departments like accounts, HR and administration. I worked very hard as team leader. I merged my teams and trained them to make ensure all members are confident to perform their duties. I assigned duties to my subordinates, set up a communication channel, resolve staff issues, worked honestly, maintained punctuality and in results we were the bright employees. I can say I am a good leader because my seniors taught me very well. Weakness: I consider shyness, lake of knowledge, self-criticism and somehow communication skill (English language) are my weaknesses. But it doesn’t mean in future I am unable to resolve these issues. Again I say I am quick and good to learn. I just need a systematic guide line. Achievements: In 2013 our database was crashed and we lost all of our accounts. I got a task to put all data again in new database and make all accounts and reconcile. I achieve that task in less time with accuracy and rewarded and promoted. In 2017 I got admission in Chinese language program for three months. I stood first in whole division. During job and work load I joined classes and struggled more for both job and Chinese language. I was rewarded by my company and promoted as an accountant, I have experience and work with Analyzing Financial transactions, Budget Forecasting, Procurement, Invoicing, Bank and Transaction Reconciling, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash and Expenditure Control, I also do Accounting Software ERP Systems for 7 years.
