I have command knowledge of all accounting cycle and MS Office. I have supervised the Operations of Sections of Accounts Sqn as NCO i/c and have been responsible for accounting control, recording, reporting of assets and liabilities; Monitored the appropriate disbursement of funds and payment of accounts in accordance with Government of Pakistan Financial Rules and Regulations and established budgetary limits. I have been checked and verified the payments of Claims raised by other sections for procurements of office equipments, Salaries/Overtime/TA DA Claim by PAF Personnel's. I have been prepared the vouchers for payments and cheques for payments; Re-conciliated the Cash Book, Cheque Book with Bank Statements. Maintained liaison with the staff of the National Banks and HBL Banks at every place where i had been posted. Prepared and Supervised the Monthly Cash Accounts for further Submission to DCAAF, Lahore (Controller of Accounts Air Force). Always adopted Standard Operating Procedures and worked according to rules and regulations of Pakistan Air Force. Raised the Cash requisition fortnightly to State Bank of Pakistan to meet the expected Expenditure of PAF Base and after Expenditure, kept the Vouchers with all supporting documents in safe custody, audited, sequenced the payments vouchers at prescribed manner and presented monthly and six monthly for External Audit carried out by Military Accountant General under the supervision of Auditor General of Pakistan.
