Experience:
I have been working on AWS for along time. Also I have performed AWS cost optimization for many clients. I have deployed Kubernetes cluster for many clients on AWS. Service I have worked with are EC2, ECS, VPC, EKS, ECR, S3, Route53, DynamoDB, RDS, Cloudformation, ELB, etc. I have used and worked on a number of RMM tools like LabTech, Kaseya, Continuum etc. Also I have worked on ticketing systems like tigerpaw and Connectwise. I have implemented integrations between LabTech and Connectwise. Also ticket handling and escalations handling for systems and network related issues, is one of the major role that I have performed. Backups and Recovery is also a strong area for me. I have worked with a no of tools for backups like Shadow Protect, Veeam, Crashplan, Intronics, Syncback, Windows Backup and Acronics. I also worked on BDR solution from datto. My skills include working on Microsoft Servers, AD DC, DHCP, DNS, Exchange servers, SharePoint, Linux servers and more. Also I have handled the migrations for AD DC and exchange servers. For networks, I have worked on a no of networking and firewall devices like CISCO ASA, Zyxell, Sonic Wall, untangle, WatchGuard etc. Extensive experience of working with VPNs and stuff. Regarding my education I have done Networks engineering and Information Security Engineering. Also I am CCNA certified and Zyxel Certified network engineer.
