My working experience is mostly related to the Law area, but currently I’m interested in working in IT communication field.
I’m applying for a customer support manager position as I believe this is a challenging and interesting job, which matches my skills and personality type. I also have some of friends working in this area, so I pretty much know what to expect. Besides, I possess certain personal qualities which will help me excel at this job: good communication skills, goal-oriented, team player, and I’m always capable of finding some sort of an ice breaker to establish good rapport with all sorts of people. Therefore I believe this job is a good fit for me.
