I have 12 years experienced with BPO industry. I’ve worked as an agent for 6 years then decided to move up to our escalation team for about 6months. After 6 months of taking escalation calls, I have decided to apply for Team Leader role. I supported voice and chat support. For me to improve my skills in handling calls and also customer relations skills I undergone a lot of training. Which this helps me go beyond the expectation on handling customer’s issues and also be able to provide excellent customer service assistance.
