I have about 21 years of total experience in Software Development with 15 years of extensive experience in Digital Process Automation (BPM and RPA) in Retail, eGovernance, Shipping, Insurance, Telecom domains. I am having good exposure to RPA and BPM process development and have worked on end-to-end Automation projects. In my last service, I was working as Solution Architect on Nividous Hyper-Automation (RPA and BPM) Platform and I was the single point of contact for customer engagements until successful project delivery. I was involved in Requirements analysis, Designing, Scoping, Planning, Monitoring and Delivering projects end to end. I was managing multiple RPA client engagements with existing customers as well as new customer acquisitions and so I was also actively involved in Pre-sales activities like understanding client business problem and analysing and scoping automation steps, developing POCs and proposing optimised solutions and preparing SOWs.
