I am a well organize person a hardworking employee. I am a graduate of nursing Assistant and Business Administration major in Marketing Management. Right after graduating from my first course I started working as a sales representative in a BPO industry. I was really interested in getting my hands on some experience, during my career as a sales representative I realized that I want more and I want to explore the world of business and so while working I sent myself to school I work at night and I go to school in the afternoon, with this experience it helped me realized how valuable a good degree in landing a job. In my previous positions I have been very successful, and the various jobs that I have had have been rewarding to me. I have been one of the top agent in our team. My first job was a sales representative for a utility company in the US, my task was I do phone calls (cold calling) with the residential and business owners in certain states in the US, offer them our service and hoping to be the supplier of their electricity and gas with a lower KWPH rate that could help them save from their electric and gas bill. I also worked as a customer service representative my task was to answer inbound calls and emails from our customer across the US to supports them by providing helpful information, answering their questions, and responding to their complaints. We also resolve product/service issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing ongoing technical assistance to customers , and process warranty or replacement of the unit incase it gets damaged or if it can't be fix after the troubleshooting. During my years working as a customer representative I developed my management skills in terms of doing my task and handling different customers. I'm no strangers to connecting with different people or customers. Years later I explore a new venture I worked as a marketing consultant for a publishing company in the US, what I do is I studied author's book to understand its marketing needs and conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities for the author. Developing and implementing a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget. I plan projects that could help their books make sales and get more readership. This job allowed me to apply my knowledge in Marketing, Problem Solving and Organizing.
