I am a UI/UX designer and I have been designing for over 4 years. Designing Creative but most importantly user-friendly designs is a passion of mine. The process I follow while working on the projects is:
- User Research: I do my research and see who and what the user of the system would be like. I try and get into the mindset of the user and see how they would interact with the system and for what various use they would use the system for. It helps me setup the naming conventions and design the flow of the system functionalities. I design the system to keep it user friendly by making every functionality maximum 2 to 3 click away.
- Sketching/User flow: Once I have all the functionalities of the system, I make the low fidelity designs and user flows to catchup on the client if the things are going the way they are meant to be.
- Colors/Typography/Iconography: Before kicking off the UI designs, I finalize the color shades according to the instructions from client (If not provided, I look up for what seems like the best according to what type of system I am building), set up the typography, and design custom icons that are to be used in the system.
- High Fidelity Design: After finalizing the user flows and completing the work on utilities I design the Web Application and Responsive Mobile screens.
- Prototyping: After design I finalize the prototyped the Web Application for UX testing. My technical skills regarding UI/UX include:
