Launched the sales of 84 exclusive private apartments at Four Seasons Private Residence at The Pearl-Doha. Studio, 1,2, 3 & 4 bedroom penthouses, selling range from 2.1 to 38 million Qatari riyals.
Branded Residences, writing a report analysis for the Qatar market; benchmarking competition, using data by the financial analysts for the pricing strategy.
Responsible for marketing and sales collateral, social media, media planning and buying, campaign planning and sales training materials along with the marketing suite planning and launches; plus content development for visuals, videos and website.
Develop online sales and marketing campaigns to target UNWIs & HNWIs to generate sales opportunities for the sales team.
Responsible marketing strategy and logo identity for Barwa 'Furjan Wadi Lusail', the largest listed real estate company in Qatar. Worked with event suppliers for the stand design for the project launch at Cityscape 2021.
Launching of the marketing and sales event of phase II, 51 villa plots on Qetaifan Island North, a 1.3 million sqm project. The sales auction event invited 150 UNHWIs to attend a closed bidding on the down payment for each plot that were 100% sold during the event. Plots ranged from 5.1 to 31 million Qatari riyals.
Rolled-out a new digital strategy for the social media marketing, with a new cloud based CRM real estate solution with an integrated website, digital marketing tools and analytics to measure the marketing ROI and to calculate the CPL and CACs.

For Creatives Amplified I was contracted to work on a series of influencer video clips for Hamad International Airport to support their nomination for the Worlds Best Airport. A series of five 60 second video clips to show the 5 pillars of the airport: Retail, Art, Wellness, Taste and Technology.

Hamad International Airport is nominated for World’s Best Airport. I came on board as the Producer for Creatives Amplified Agency to oversee the HIA Skytrax campaign film production. To produce a plan and coordinate various aspects of film production, such as writing the script and selecting the music and directing.

Hired to rebrand and reposition Qmall, a 10,000 sqm community mall with the key goal of increasing leasing within the mall.
- Successfully launched new leasing strategy that lead to 56% in leasing growth.

The first super-regional mall to launch in Qatar, an entertainment destination with over 500 stores, over 100 food and beverage outlets, a 5-star luxury hotel, including the largest IMAX Laser 3D projection system in the MENA region. A 19-screen cinema complex & a 10 lane bowling alley, a Family Entertainment Complex spread over 16,500 sqm, plus KidzMondo a kid’s edutainment city. Featuring mall-wide live entertainment and the first live theatre in a mall in the world with Cirque du Soleil type shows performed on the multi-lift rotating festival stage.
Achievements:
- Generated over USD 30 Million of Advertising Value Equivalency (AVE) in publications across the globe (Inc: New York Times, Le Figaro, Bloomberg, Reuters, Getty Images).
- Managed 50+ diversified world-class performances including renowned licensed shows and activations.
- Executed 40+ successful creative campaigns from planning through to media buying for ATL & BTL.
