 Handling international backbone resource: • Capacity and vendors: Negotiation, renewal, capacity planning, escalation on issues/performance to improve the quality. • Customers: Handling International Customers/Businesses • Facility and PoPs  Account Manager of Bilateral deal arrangement and carriers’ customers and partners of NTC.  Check and verify Invoice of International orders  Provide backup to Domestic resource team handling of fiber, infrastructure, invoice, and approval of new purchase.  Provide support to related team/Project Manager to allocate resource and requirement to meet the target.  Seek to optimize the expense of company by looking to bring down the price of vendors and looking for better deal, as well as working with relating team to reduce the expense.
