I am a recent graduate with my bachelors of science in biology. I am incredibly interested in data analysis and management, and have a strong background in data and data analysis. My strongest skill is being able to multitask and give the same level of attention to multiple tasks as someone else would be able to devote to just one.

Biological Technician- quality assurance
As an Environmental Technician for Tetra Tech’s Palisades Fire Remediation project, I conduct comprehensive field inspections of air, water, and soil quality on burned lots to assess environmental impact and ensure site safety. I monitor active worksites to enforce compliance with state and federal environmental regulations while leading a team of 10 environmental specialists, contractors, and federal agents to align remediation efforts with industry best practices. In addition to documenting findings through detailed reports and data analysis, I have significantly contributed to the project's efficiency, consistently completing an entire property’s cleanup per day—three times the rate of other teams—averaging around 30 truckloads daily. Recognized as the top Environmental Technician out of a pool of 100, I was selected to lead the cleanup of the Palisades Library, coordinating efforts with the Army Corps of Engineers, ECC, and subcontractors. Through strategic planning and execution, my team successfully completed the project in just five days, a task originally slated for 30 days, processing over 70 trucks per day.

Undergraduate Researcher
Selected as a research assistant funded by California Proposition 50 to analyze the effects of major climate change on plant communities in the Santa Monica Mountains. I assist in identifying field sites and developing methods for sampling, specifically surrounding the chaparral shrubs and grasses. I also assist with writing grants, and creating travel itineraries for out of state/country research trips and budgeting. In this role, I also organized and analyzed over three months worth of sampling data, compiling over 4000 data points into a single spreadsheet, and then statistically analyzing said data.

Teaching Assistant
For the two past semesters, I worked as a teaching assistant for the ecology course at Pepperdine University. In this role, I assisted the professor with organizing and leading students in field ecology, especially intertidal ecology. I also assisted students in establishing their own research projects, helped with method development, ordering supplies, collecting data, and statistical analysis. I also assisted in grading student assignments and grading their final research projects.

Undergraduate Research Assistant
As a Research Assistant in the botany research laboratory specializing in fern resurrection, I analyzed the resurrection process and measure Fv/Fm. I formatted data (over three years of data, and 10,000 individual data points), conducted statistical analysis (with over 7,000 lines of code), and created graphs to support our findings. I planned field sites for a research trip to Puerto Rico, locating areas of interest and hotels, and created a trip budget for three people. During the trip, I conducted field research, searching multiple sites for varied species of ferns, and connected with local experts to plan future research collaborations.
