I started my professional career as a customer service representative at one of the biggest BPO here in our city. I worked at Qualfon Philippines for almost 4 years. I am one of the customer service experts who offer the best assistance to customers in terms of technical issues, payment processing, and tracking orders and I also handle managerial phone calls. While working as a customer service representative, I entered the world of home-based jobs. I worked as an Online English Teacher for a company that is based in China. I offer help from kids to adults to improve their English communication skills. This is to prepare them for their desired future in which the English language is most likely required. As part of my professional career, I experienced as a Service Dispatch Agent for one of the well-known offshoring companies here in Dumaguete City. It enhanced my ability to multi-task and quick decision-making. I was given extra tasks as a quality analyst, person of contact, and as subject matter expert. Several merits were received for outstanding performance and worked at Peak Outsourcing for almost 2 years. Currently, I am a Team Leader to a very hard-working team.
