As a Stocker, I stocked items on the shelves and helped customers find whatever they were looking for. As a Mod Lead Team Member I was responsible for a team of 5 people to coordinate changes on the sales floor, moving out old low selling items to bring in new items, setting up displays for holiday sales, and remodeling floor plans if needed. In Asset Protection, I watched over the store to prevent theft and fraud, checking cameras, walking the floor, checking customer transactions, acting as a sort of bodyguard during customer disputes, and cooperating with authorities when people were caught committing either theft or fraud.
