I have been working as a HR professional for more than 12 years and specialize in Employee Development, Change Management, Policy Design and Implementation, Performance Management and Conflict Resolution through Culture Development.
I would also like to share that while I am based in Pakistan I am a dual- national (British and Pakistani) with a legal right to work in both countries. In addition to this, English is my native language and I have worked previously in a remote role with teams based in more than 3 time zones.
