Project Administrator
Started as an Administration Support Officer in which my main role was to assist with day-to-day functions and operations. I contributed towards different service areas of the company. These included training and development, recruitment, human resources management, customer experience and the organisation of corporate events such as HR GIG.
As a Project Administrator, apart from my previous responsibilities, I was responsible for:
◦ Content Writing: writing adverts for recruitment services, training proposals, company newsletters and mailshots, and social media campaigns.
◦ Creating and Designing Content: using Canva for social media posts, designing B2B and B2C mail- shots, designing powerpoints and training handouts and flyers.
◦ Responsible for email marketing campaigns through (Mailchimp and Unlayer)
◦ Designing and executing ongoing company and brand awareness campaigns for all launched
projects.
◦ Responsible for company social media accounts, planning and executing campaigns through Meta
Business Suite.
◦ Analyse and regularly report engagement and analytics of both social media and mailshot campaigns

◦ Coordinating annual events, such as the conference HR GIG and its advertising media
