I’m Nigina, and I like to think of myself as a people-person with a purpose. Over the past year and a half, I’ve been immersed in the world of teaching — and let me tell you, it’s been as much about learning as it has been about educating. From managing classrooms to adapting to different learning styles, I’ve developed strong interpersonal skills, the ability to stay patient under pressure, and a serious knack for explaining complex ideas in simple, relatable ways. On top of that, I spent five months working in sales — an experience that really sharpened my communication skills and taught me how to build genuine rapport, think on my feet, and turn a “maybe” into a “yes” without sounding like a walking ad. Whether it was handling objections or tailoring solutions to meet a client's needs, I learned how to connect with people and communicate value in a clear, confident, and friendly way. When it comes to soft skills, I bring a well-rounded mix of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving. I’m someone who picks up on vibes quickly, stays calm in unpredictable situations, and always brings a collaborative spirit to the table. I thrive in team settings but I’m also very comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Oh, and I firmly believe that humor and authenticity go a long way — whether you’re teaching a tough crowd or pitching a product. Life’s too short for robotic conversations, right?
