• Experience in driving growth: o In my previous role as a marketing manager at P360, I executed a new LinkedIn lead gen campaign strategy. This new strategy reduced the cost per lead from $4000 to ~$70 and increased the lead volume from 1-2 leads per month to 50-55 leads per month for a SAAS-based platform. o I also worked on a product launch on digital platforms resulting in organic lead generation from 0 leads per month to 20-25 leads per month. o Website organic traffic increased from roughly 2500 - 3000 users per month to 6000 to 8000 users. o Managed LinkedIn Page resulting in increasing LinkedIn followers of the P360 from 2600 in October 2021 to 15,600 as of today and expected to cross 20,000 by Mid-April. • Knowledge of the tech industry: o I keep up to date with the latest tech trends and attend industry conferences such as the Web Summit and CES to stay informed on emerging technologies, Google & other important web technology updates, and their impact on the industry. o I also have experience working with tech products and services such as SaaS, cloud computing, and AI. o Leadership skills: o In my current role as a manager of marketing at P360, I managed a team of 6 direct reportees and 6 dotted line reportees and was responsible for driving growth for our product line. I motivated my team by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and creating a positive & friendly work environment. o I also have experience in mentoring and coaching team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals. • Analytical skills: o I have experience using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, MS Excel, and Google Data Studio to track metrics and identify growth opportunities. o In my previous role, I conducted customer surveys and user testing to gather feedback on our product and identify areas for improvement. • Entrepreneurial mindset: o I'm not afraid to take calculated risks and try new ideas to achieve growth. For example, I proposed a new content marketing strategy at P360 that involved creating a new content strategy, a series of new innovative campaigns & educational videos. This approach was unconventional but resulted in 300% increase in Website traffic & LinkedIn leads. o I'm also comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and have experience working on projects with short turnaround times in a remote setting.
