With over a decade of experience in business development, client acquisition, account management and customer service, I have worked with diverse industries – Health Insurance, Hospitality, and EdTech handling local and multinational clients, from individual to group, enterprise, and corporate accounts.
In my current role as an International Health Insurance Advisor, I help clients navigate benefits of the package programs while ensuring this is complaint to their travel requirements and standards via online meetings, calls, chat support, and exchange of emails. Part of my role is also to check and revisit existing clients for any help or upgrade needed once subscription is near its expiry. I engage both in client acquisition, account management, as well as partnerships - moderating affiliate programs and payouts for the company.
The tools I'm currently using involves HubSpot, Jira, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace that enable me to manage accounts efficiently and deliver tailored solutions to the clients.
Additionally, I enjoy connecting with people in a global team as there is a lot to learn working in a remote set-up.
