IT Helpdesk Technician
My last job in the IT world was in Sheba medical center in Israel. I was part of the Helpdesk team, taking phone calls from clients around the hospital and using remote desktop to help them from afar. The job involved a lot of work with Active Directory, as well as Microsoft office. The hospital also had its own programs that the doctors used, and it was my job to also help with those after being trained. Other work experience is detailed in my CV for reference.
