Myself NOORA BEEVI K.P. W/O Mohammed Niyas K K, Kozhiparambath (H) Valiyaparamba (PO), Pulikkal (VIA), Kondotty, Kerala, India. I am writing to express my interest and desire for Teaching Assistant in Food Science dept. I have submitted my P.hD. (Food Science and Nutrition) at Pondicherry central university, Pondicherry, India. My course highlights include Food processing methods and operating systems in food industry, Food quality analysis, Science behind manufacturing of food, Food chemistry, irradiation of food materials and starch and Food safety and security. I am having 6 years of research experience and 1 year of PG project experience in the field of food science. Also, during the period of research work, I used to take classes for PG students for both the Food science and nutrition and Technology classes. I cleared UGC-NET (University Grant Commission-National Eligibility Test) on 2014; it is the basic criteria for qualifying assistant professor in India. I have published 3 papers in international journals and also presented 2 full papers in international conferences and one is presented in abroad (Malaysia). I have completed my post graduation in Food science and Nutrition at 2014 and under graduation in Family and Community Science at 2012. During school time I had participated so many co-curricular activities especially in sports.
