About

Hi there, my name is Norma Jean Bartolo. I am a 27 year-old who possesses a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Photography and an Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production both obtained from the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST). The most important position I held was at the Valletta 2018 Foundation which is now know as the Valletta Cultural Agency. The foundation was in charge of organising all the activities that revolved around the capital city of Malta being crowned the European Capital of Culture in 2018. I started as a secretary/receptionist, but with my hard work and efficiency I quickly moved up to being an Executive Officer and a PA to my bosses among other important roles. The duties I carried out here will surely make me a good candidate for this position. I have recently obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing in which I have learned all about different marketing platforms including Wordpress and hosting. I also used to own my own Shopify store and Wordpress blog. Regarding my photography experiences, I have supplied different establishments with my photographs including banks and hospitals and also hosted a good number of exhibitions. I was also the photographer for the Commission on Gender-Based Violence and Domestic Violence Malta when I held the position of Campaign Assistant and the official photographer at the Mediterraneo Marine Park Malta. As for my freelance work, I have undertaken many different jobs including Holy Communions and Confirmations, Baptisms, Baby Photography, Birthdays, Food Photography, Property Photography, Personal Photo Shoots and many more. Having said that, I have also hosted a number of exhibitions during important events and endorsed by important foundations like the Valletta 2018 Foundation showing my personal work.
