I have over 12 years of experience in the BPO industry. I have been a customer service representative/tech support, quality auditor and team leader. My primary skills are customer support- live chat, inbound or outbound phone support, order processing, and administrative assistance - data entry/data management. I am adept with software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Google Drive and Salesforce. Currently, I am working as a team leader and managing 19 consultants who handles any Amazon Payments, Retail queries about SBA, FBA, MPM items, refund, charges and Prime concerns. I focused primarily in coaching that will develop frontline’s skills & knowledge. I also analyze performance through data gathering and analysis to see areas for improvements.
