Senior support manager
I worked as a Senior Support Manager at Facebook from November 2020 to June 2021, overseeing a dedicated team and ensuring exceptional customer support experiences. Unfortunately, during my tenure, I experienced an injury that temporarily impacted my ability to be active and fully perform my duties. Regrettably, due to the limitations posed by the injury, I made the difficult decision, in mutual agreement with Facebook, to part ways. However, I am pleased to share that I have since made a full recovery. I am now actively seeking new opportunities that allow me to leverage my extensive experience in support management and my dedication to customer satisfaction.
