I have a bachelor's degree in business administration with double major in media and management. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills as I worked in customer service for 2 years while studying to get my degree. Since I graduated, I have worked as a creative content creator in several field, as part of job responsibilities I was required to handle several clients, maintain good relationships with them, prioritize work, create creative marketing campaigns and events that aligned with the brand guidelines and make sure the clients are satisfied with the results of our work.
