I was made to feel at ease right away by the kind and professional greeting I received when I stepped in. The personnel went above and beyond to make sure that all of my travel needs were handled with care and attention to detail. They were also very polite and knowledgeable.
I needed help changing my itinerary and had some complicated travel-related questions. In addition to being very patient, the agent who helped me was well-versed in Emirates' options and policies. They were amiable throughout the process and had a laser-like concentration on identifying the best course of action for me.
