I am a motivated and progress-oriented person, I have held the position as manager and leader of a construction company in Argentina, adding to my motivation I worked as manager in different dive centres in central and North America. Adding my personal development this year I completed my Professional Coach Diploma.
Initiative and innovation have always been part of my professional career. I have developed and executed strategies that I believe would add great value to any job.
Throughout my life work, I honed my leadership and analytical skills. I apply intelligence to problem solving and able to competently prioritise and manage complex projects.
I have always put my collaboration, leadership, coordination, and analytical skills to use for the benefit of working in my team and improving the company. I put great attention to details as well as I am open minded and keep up to date with new developments in the field. I have proved to be an effective, motivating person and a component in decision-making and collaborative work.
On my work interest, I normaly like to contribute ideas, investigate, and learn as well as setting an example, working to achieve a common goal.
On these last years, I had chosen the possibility to undertake a different lifestyle, being part of the Scuba Diving industry, to acquire new experiences, boost my personal development and bring a new perspective to my life. This period abroad forced me into different areas as part of my motivations. I managed to create solid relationships with other people and cultures, and it helped me to cultivate my development and understand that what one sets out to do is achieved safely.
Finally, I considered myself honest, reliable and organised person. Respectful and compromise with the well done work.
