Owura Yaw is passionate about data-driven decision-making and has a background in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management. I aim to promote environmentally sustainable practices through organizational practices and business approaches that contribute to a green economy. As the capacity gap to acquire technical employable skills widens in rural area communities in Africa, I aim to train the youth in my community through computer literacy training programs and workshops. I am committed to addressing the skill mismatch and providing the youth with these competencies skill to reduce unemployment and boost the economy.
