About

I have experience in customer service of call centers abroad by chat and by phone when the customers call to receive service. I have worked in Portugal, Lissabon and in Greece, Athens. I have had customer service concerning their technical issues with TV, computers, tablets and mobiles and issues with orders, cancellations, payments and refunds. In my home country, Finland I have worked in sales of three different call center in different cities calling the customers myself. In addition, I have worked in book store and department store in sales and customer service in face to face contact with the customers. I have Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology and biochemistry and I am a qualified teacher having studied education, presentations and educational psychology. I have always wanted to work abroad and now i do not have to take care of anyone anymore In Finland so I am finally free to relocate myself. At the moment I live in Lissabon, Portugal although I have a permanent address in Finland, too. Before my work experience in the company of my own and customer service in call centers abroad and in Finland I have worked among others as a teacher in Health care Institute for 3 years and at the University of Helsinki for over 7 years. As a personality i am energetic and happy enjoying to help customers. I get along with all kinds of people. My hobbies are languages, different cultures, movies, digital photography, cookery and exercise. My health is perfect.
